This TEGL aligns and streamlines performance indicators and requirements across 15 DOL Employment and Training Administration (ETA) programs to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) performance indicators. Also see Attachment 1: H-1B Grants

TEGL No. 23-19, Change 3, Guidance for Validating Required Performance Data Submitted by Grant Recipients of DOL Workforce Programs
This guidance provides information to grant recipients of DOL workforce programs and provides guidelines for grant recipients to use in developing procedures for ensuring the data submitted for performance reporting are valid and reliable.
