Preceptorship Programs - June 04, 2024 Peer-to-Peer Event
During this virtual session, staff from the Department of Labor program office provided policy guidance about the purpose and use of preceptors in the Nursing Expansion grant and a grantee from a similar H-1B grant (Rural Healthcare) discussed how they utilized preceptors in their program design.
Framing Preceptorship - April 29, 2025 Virtual Event
During this virtual session, grantees delved into the preceptor requirement for Track 2 grantees; learned how to embed preceptorship into their overall workforce development strategy to generate systems change; learned about which preceptorship activities can be paid for with grant funds; and connected the preceptor policies to reporting the preceptor outcome measure. The session also showcased grantee examples of innovative preceptor strategies.
