On an annual basis, DOL provides charts and graphs that show how the Nursing Expansion grant program is progressing overall, followed by relevant strategies for meeting grant outcomes that align with the time remaining in the period of performance.
Year 1 - June 1, 2023 - June 30,2024
Using Data to Measure Success and Accelerate ProgressAt the Nursing Expansion Institute in September 2024, the performance team presented highlights from the data in the recently submitted Quarterly Performance Reports (QPRs) to describe the overall impact of the Nursing Expansion grant program during its first year. Grantees were introduced to the scorecard, a customized tool distributed to each grantee quarterly that can be used to help monitor progress, check for participant loss points, and make course corrections. These sessions were presented separately for each grant training track.

Year 2 Check-In: Taking Charge of Your Quarterly Performance Report (QPR)
To celebrate the end of the second year of the Nursing Expansion Grant and to help grantees prepare for the second half of the grant, this virtual event included an update on the overall performance progress of the grant and provided techniques grantees can use to validate and troubleshot their own data.
