H-1B WIPS User Role Policy 
This document provides official guidance on WIPS user roles for H-1B grants. 

DSI WIPS Access Form 
To request a new account and/or modify existing access to the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS), please fill out the DSI WIPS Access Form and submit it to the Nursing Expansion inbox. Only your Authorizing Official (AO) can request and modify WIPS account access, so the AO must sign the access form before it is submitted.  

DOL Login.gov User Guide 
All DOL grantees are required to have a login.gov account to access the WIPS and report data on participants.  

Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) 
This link is the access point to the reporting system grantees use to submit QPRs and QNRs. To access WIPS reporting system, you must also have a login.gov account.
