About
This event walks through the Nursing Expansion Track 2 performance outcome measures and describe how to use the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) to track progress toward your targets on the outcome measures. It also explains the DOL’s quarterly reporting cycle to show how DOL uses the information that is generated by the reports.
Grantees can learn how:
- the seven real-time performance outcome measures are defined and calculated
- to fulfill the requirement to report each quarter on Outcome #7 (Total Number of Experienced Nursing Professionals Who Were Placed into a Preceptor Role)
- data you submit in your data file are aggregated into the real-time performance outcome measures on the QPR
- the real-time performance outcome measures different from the cross-program WIOA Primary Indicators of Performance
- grantees’ reports are used each quarter to provide technical assistance and report information to stakeholders
