Accurate and detailed participant case files are a key component to an effective grant program. They also play an important role in performance reporting and during monitoring visits. In this session, two experienced FPOs shared a brief overview of the monitoring process, case file best practices, and common findings or challenges related to participant case files.
This session included a presentation on best practices and an opportunity for grantees to ask questions.
