This peer-to-peer learning community session provides all Nursing Expansion Program grantees with an opportunity to proudly share strategies, practices, and processes implemented during their grant period that have helped them meet or exceed their grant goals.

Three grantees present a promising practice, followed by guided reflection, peer questions, and open discussion. The session is designed to help grantees learn from one another, consider new strategies they may adapt for their own programs, and create space for grantees to discuss implementation approaches and strategize with their peers.
